Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial statement analyses, and support the accounting department as needed.
• Create and maintain reports needed for business analysis, primarily focused on sales and operations reports, utilizing Power BI, Power Pivot, and Excel to support various departments within the organization.
• Update financial reports to support weekly cash forecasting for the bank.
• Provide support for margin review via Salesforce.
• Oversees the calculation of the monthly sales commissions, royalties, and any other finance reports.
• Be a super user of front end BI system and partner with IT to understand the back-end structure for limitation identification as it pertains to reporting requests
• Work with IT to manage user access to reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance or Business Administration
• Understanding of debits and credits as well as how financial statements are built from GL accounts
• 2-5 years' analytical experience
• A self-starter and ability to work and learn independently
• Proficient knowledge of financial software applications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills with Proficiencies in Windows
• Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication and          

interpersonal skills.

• Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional challenges. 
• Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities
• Team player with attentive to detail and big picture oriented
• Customer focused and results oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
