Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Position : AM - F&A
Industry : Healthcare / Pharma
Location : Mumbai
Experience: Graduate with over 3 years of experience in General accounting as per US GAAP principles, hands on with Month end closing and reporting.
Prefer to have exposure in Matrix driven organisation and familiar with accounting packages like - Advance Excel, Oracle ERP, Blackline, etc.
Job role:
The person should be responsible for accounting transactions based in statutory and US GAAP accounting and delivering the month-end closing with high standards of quality and in compliance with local regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately with a high standard of supporting documentation.
- Verify general ledger coding and upload general ledger journal.
- Check the trial balance with Cash Pro Bank Statements.
- Reconcile bank & clearing accounts, follow up and action any differences
- Responsible for cross charges Intercompany and create intercompany invoices as requested
- Perform Balance sheet Reconciliation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be graduate with expertise in General accounting that includes - Reconciliation, Intercompany, month end closing and Reporting.
Should have knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
Prefer to work experience in Matrix environment (MNC).
Must be well versed with Advance Excel and ERP (oracle).
