Job Description

We have urgent openings for the position of Territory Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Company in Bancassurance Vertical.

Job Description (Bancassurance):

• Handling Team of Branch Managers further they will be handling team of Front Line Sales which concludes NRI Banking, Corporate Salary team, Loan verticals & retails Broking cluster for driving life insurance business.

• Interaction with Regional heads, Circle Head, Cluster Heads to devise strategies to maximizing life insurance business

• Increase Insurance penetration across various Channels & segment by doing proper financial need analysis and make client aware regarding their need and advising products to cover these gaps .

• Ensuring adherence of proper compliance and raise alarm to any foreseen concerns that can lead to customer escalations and timely submission of surveillance reports .

• Attending to clients (individuals/corporate clients) concerns & complaints and undertaking steps to resolve them effectively.

• It involves Strategic Planning & Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Team Management
