Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Mobilization & demobilization of equipments as per project requirement.

Incharge of all Plant & Machinery maintenance ( Hywa, Transit Mixers, Tractors, Excavators, Vibrators, Rollers, Graders, Pavers, JCB, Loaders, Batching Plant, WMM plant, Concrete Pump, Boom Pump, Diesel Generators etc.)

Ensure maximum & effective utilization of all Machines & Manpower in P&M Dept.

Preventive maintenance of all P & M and attending to P & M breakdowns

Co-ordination with site engineers for P & M requirements.

Guidance to Purchase Dept for purchase of P & M.

Documentation for P &M Records, and reports to HO

Strict control & monitoring on fuel & oil consumption reports.

Planning for spares & other items for day to day operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience

Must be from a Road construction company

Must have worked & handled the Plant & Machinery functions of a National Highway (NH) project of more than Rs. 300 Crores in the capacity of Maintenance Manager

Exceptional knowledge of Maintenance of Hywa, Transit Mixers, Tractors, Excavators, Vibrators, Rollers, Graders, Pavers, JCB, Loaders, Batching Plant, WMM plant, Concrete Pump, Boom Pump, Diesel Generators etc.
