Roles and Responsibilities

Keyskills. -. HNI Client Acquistion / Demat / Mutual funds / PMS / cross selling Financial Products / Portfolio Management / Retail Broking.

Below is the JD/KRAs for the positions.

1. Advisor.

• New client acquisition to acquire accounts with minimum 10K cash margin or 1 lac stock margin
• Revenue generation revenue to be generated from broking accounts which are self-sourced and are sourced by RMs
• Cross selling of investment products

2. Relationship Manager.

• New client acquisition to acquire 5 new clients per month
• Revenue generation revenue to be generated from the all the products from sourced accounts
• SIPs 5 SIPs per month of Rs. 2000 each.
