Job Description

Care Coordinator Position with a leading multinational medical device company.

Job Locations- Odisha (Bhubaneshwar) and Assam (Silchar Or Agartala)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing & coordination overall healthcare project operations
Organizing camps, events, awareness program
Travelling to within cities for conducting awareness programs
Establish relationship with local NGOs/ socially active organizations which could help during outreach
Maintain good relations with patients and communities to get references for future hires whenever needed
Maintain professional relationship with physicians and other hospital staff

Qualification- Minimum Bachelors degree. BSW / MSW (Masters in Social Work) preferred.

Experience- Preferably 2-5 years experience in social sector with a strong community-based or field coordination component. Team Management experience preferred.
