WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND WHAT IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Growth Team acts as a focal point in the organization by driving growth in business through introduction of new services & vertical specific solutions, generating demand through large deals & marketing campaigns, accelerating GTM with partners, revenue & pipeline management with market research being some of the key activities among others.

As part of the Growth Team, The Growth Business Leader will be responsible for leading the product management for the set of Technology service areas under the portfolio, in addition to being the industry vertical lead for a domain or set of domains. Another key focus area would be to accelerate growth through large deals and partnerships working closely with sales and technology teams. He/She will drive all aspects of a successful business solution throughout its lifecycle, including strategy development, market insights/needs, and market performance. Driving large deals pipeline will also form a large part of the work.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of product/business managers for the service verticals (under purview), driving success
  • Focus on identifying, positioning and securing large deals working closely with Geo Sales and Client Service Organizations (CSOs) along with external partners.
  • Responsible for identifying & driving growth strategies, value selling ideas for an industry vertical, as an example: Healthcare, Financial Services sector etc
  • Bring in business context, domain based thinking and product mindset in the offerings to improve adoption in the market. Conceive and drive contextualized bundled products with cross-tower services from different technology towers to address specific industry challenges and opportunities. Define business case and value articulation for clients for the productized offering; Identify avenues for rapid scale-up working with Sales teams
  • Ownership of partnerships specific to Technology Solutions teams with joint selling strategy, lead generation from partners and sell to end customers. Drive partnership sales for strategic partners with Strategic Alliances team.
  • Promote cross-tower thinking and synergies to address business needs of customers.
  • Ownership of GTM strategy with specific focus on Marketing as well as Analyst/Advisor relationships.
  • Assess pipeline and drive actionable outcomes based on the funnel and close gaps
  • Drive Win-Loss Analysis for large deals
  • Identify challenges and requirements of industry verticals, build contextualized bundled solutions/products with services from different technology towers to address these challenges & requirements.
  • Drive revenue management & pipeline generation activities like campaigns/events for lead generation, white-spacing existing accounts for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist leadership to take strategic decisions with data driven insights.

  • Strength in building & managing a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, maintain strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and a preparedness to take on what is necessary to get things done
  • Demonstrated passion to explore new era for technologies

EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS

  • Engineering & MBA from a premier institute with 6+ years of total work-experience in technology services industry/product management role (or) Engineering with 10+ years of work-experience in technology services industry
  • Should have proficiency in understanding specific industry verticals (such as: Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail etc) challenges and their adoption of technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exposure or Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies like Cloud, End User Computing, Cybersecurity, Networks, IIoT, Automation, etc.
  • Prior experience in digital transformation programs would be beneficial
  • Prior experience of Business Development and/or service delivery would a plus
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
