Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- ORGANISATION:
Muthoot Finance Ltd., the Flagship Company of The Muthoot Group, having 20 Business Divisions and a network of 5330+ branches spread across the country, is inviting applications for the following positions
- ROLE
- Head the Inbound & Outbound call center for the Financial Products
- Lead a team of about 200 Executive Call center Team in ensuring top class service delivery to all Customers
- Clarify questions from Customers On financial Doubts & Benefits & Generate leads through outbound campaign etc
- Resolve complaints, if any, as per the SLA
- Continuously improve on the quality of service, measure performance, report to the senior management on a daily basis.
- CANDIDATE
- 8-12 years of call center, currently handling the role of Manager
- Domestic call center of Outbound experience preferred
- Should be able to handle the call center responsibilities independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Graduate
- SALARY : 8- 12 LPA
- LOCATION: Bangalore
