Job Description
We are having an URGENT Senior Level Position for one of the reputed IT Software Multinational Company.
You will be working five days a week ( Saturday & Sunday Holiday)
Day Shift
Presently Work from Home.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products in collaboration with key stakeholders from product, engineering & business.
- Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle
- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
- Keep track of industry trends & translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision
- Work with architect, engineers to refine the backlog, prioritize it as per external stakeholders expectation & help team in implementation, from the customer point of view
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set sprint goals and guide the team to make sure Agile/Scrum practices are followed.
- Write acceptance tests
- Plan releases and upgrades
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Participate in the architecture & design reviews, with architects to ensure that non-functional aspects are getting captured properly and product as designed will work with changing customer environment
- Work closely with customer support to prioritize customer/field reported product issues and keep the support teams updated on the progress
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users
- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with a focus in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years' experience in product management with hands-on experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is desirable.
- Critical thinking, good presentation & communication (both written and verbal) skills, problem-solving, ability to juggle multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Good organizational skills, collaborative, approachable, good listener and resourceful.
- Previous experience in developing mobility or transportation solutions is a plus.
