Leading the development of a cluster of projects through the entire project lifecycle, right from project conceptualization to construction and handover to sales, within budgeted cost, quality and schedule.

Experience & Education:

• 15-20 years of experience in managing projects in various capacity in real estate/construction domain OR demonstrated General Management capability of delivering large projects with budget and schedule responsibility
• Currently working as Head Projects / Senior Project Manager (managing 2-3 projects simultaneously) with design, cost and schedule accountability
• Managed project with budget of INR 500 Cr. And above construction cost
• Graduation in Civil Engineering is a must and PG in construction management would be a plus.
• Project Management (PMP) certification preferred
