Job Description

Position :- AGM-Sales & Marketing 

Location :- Rajouri Garden, Delhi

CTC :- Upto 6 LPA

Job Profile :- 

  1. Develop a short and long term marketing vision for the Company and develop a suitable plans and action for implementation of plans covering all aspects of marketing chain.
  2. Build requisite data base / statistics for each products / produces in respect of procurement centers, seasonality, quantity, quality, rates, traceability etc. as also buyers and their demands both in terms of quality, quantity, rates, etc.
  3. Develop marketing channels which inter alia include appointment of dealer & distributors, bulk buyers, processors, exporters.
  4. Develop product promotion schemes, literature, packaging, labeling etc in consultation with Publicity and Public Relation department.
  5. Determine a mechanism to fix procurement and selling price of each commodity for different market centers and channels.
  6. Lead all relevant sales & marketing research initiatives to gain insights. Analyze, research to understand Consumers, Brand-Consumer Interactions and Brand Issues. Identify & Implement plans to Leverage growth Opportunities.
  7. Co-ordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes / activities and tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market, tracking the requirement to avoid no stock situation.
  8. Finding the target audience to push the sales volume among them to promote our brand and doing institutional sales also.
  9. Other issues related to marketing including publicity etc.
  10. Responsible for achieving Monthly Sales Targets, for achieving the width and depth of Distribution, in store Brand visibility and to execute company's policy & strategies.
  11. Responsible for expanding customer base, market penetration and channel network including distributor management & distribution expansion across the country.
  12. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysis.
  13. Product positioning, USP development, feature highlights and product sales & marketing.
  14. Marketing will be one of the major channels of marketing our products for which all measures have to be taken and make it operational at the earliest.
  15. Formulating, allocating and adhering to Marketing Budget.
  16. Develop and promote new schemes as well as new products for markets.
