The candidate shallhave expertise in Digital Marketing, Training Campaign, Promotions andRoadshows. He/she should have exposure in dealing with Corporate andGovernment client relation. He/she should have strong communication and inter-personnel skills. He/she should be able to lead the business growth fromstart-up and think critically when making plans and should have ability toexecute strategic roadmap.**Responsibilities:-**Establish Cyber Security Training & Certification businessLead the business plan and achieve the targetsIdentify new business opportunities and develop businessDevelop and execute Sales Strategies based on business development planLead the Business Development executives and expand businessDevelop new relationships to grow business and help company expandThink critically when planning to assure project success**Qualifications & Expertise:-**MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience4 - 6 years experience in IT & Cyber Security in IT Training & ConsultingserviceSales & Marketing, Promotions and Digital MarketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development of MarketingstrategiesFocused and goal-oriented**Compensation:-**Monthly fixed Salary between 25,000 to 35,000Additional 40% Variable compensation based on target accomplishmentConveyance Allowance**Employment Type:**Target driven Permanent position with high growth6 months probation period **If you are interested pls share your updated resume in Re****L@Ra*****d.in** skills Corporate sales, BDM, sales & marketing qualification Any ,Employement Category:
