Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Scrum Master
In this role you will serve as a Scrum Master for various teams and help in facilitating scrum ceremonies and agile adoption for the IT organization.
Responsibilities- Collaborating, facilitating, and leading the scrum team to overcome obstacles and realize success throughout the life of each sprint
- Organize and facilitates the sprint planning meeting
- Facilitates daily stand-up meetings, demo, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
- Planning and prioritization of sprints/releases
- Conduct scrum ceremonies as per sprint/release cadence - epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint demonstrations
- Sprint tracking, Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting
- Compliance and audit to keep a check on the accuracy of inputs on Azure DevBoards
- Cross-team coordination and Issue resolution
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Flexible to work in any shift and weekends.
- Graduation / Postgraduate in any stream
- Understanding of agile and scrum practices with exposure on Azure DevBoards
