Job Description
Lead Consultant - Advanced Java/REST/Spring/Agile
In this role you would be responsible for
- Execute Surveillance Analytics projects of various type i.e. Modernization/Migration/refactoring of Analytics logic/Models to new Architecture, New Architecture layer development etc on Advanced Java/J2EE/ Spring/REST framework /Technologies for leading Wall Street Banks
- Understand the Business and Data aspect of requirements specially surveillance analytics models and data
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand the core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions; communicate efficiently and effectively
- Analyse the existing Solution environment and identify the upgrade/new development/improvement requirements
- Deployment of code using Dev Ops/Deployment frameworks and tools like Gradle, ANT, CICD, Jenkins etc
- Intervene towards optimizations SQL Queries and UI/middleware code level
- Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product
Responsibilities
- Be the technical member/Lead for Surveillance rules engine migration from existing to target Java based platform
- Have strong focus on technology internals, quality, and delivery focus
- Work in a collaborate environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Technology/Engineering; Computer Science or any equivalent degree
- Strong IT Project execution experience on technologies
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Strong learnability towards new technology platforms and solutions
- Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyse business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
