We have an urgent job opening for ADM profile.
Below are the details:
- Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by up selling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
THRESHOLD CRITERIA :
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
- Any graduate
- 1-8 Years of experience
- AGE :26-33 Years
