Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Healthcare Analytics
You will be part of the pricing team and would be independently handling analytical projects. Key responsibilities include customer interaction, scoping analytical problems, Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and applying necessary statistical techniques and interpretation of statistical outputs, in a business language. The role would entail communication with senior stakeholders and hence communicating with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management is essential.
Responsibilities- Understand business problems thoroughly and develop a analytical solution
- Independently balancing all commercial analytics projects with minimal supervision
- Contribute towards building thought leadership in the analytics domain
- Work closely with stakeholders on understanding needs for various spotfire dashboard / projects.
- Owning execution of those projects working with the Product Owner.
- Covering all aspects of user story creation, technical understanding to guide developers, and full acceptance testing of the end product with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand both upstream and downstream of process
Minimum qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Analytical attitude and good hands on working knowledge on BI tools
- Logical reasoning and Problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Excellent knowledge on Microsoft office
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in Spotfire / Tableau
- Experience in handling wing to wing process
- Good IT skills specifically in Data bases
