Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Marketing AnalyticsIn this role, you will be responsible to create customer specific risk scorecards and dashboards in a digital platform.
Responsibilities- Manage SIP Machine development and software maintenance, while providing tool support to SIP Admins
- Ensure BH security and architecture standards are met
- Writing APIs and webServices build and troubleshoot the Xactly connector, managed package or SFTP integrations with other BH platforms, including Deal Machine.
- Lead all technical aspects in troubleshooting the network, IP and related mapping
- Facilitate/lead the firewall/IP sub-projects as per SIP leaders requirements, within BH standards
- Create custom reports and analytics in Xactly platform
- Develop scripts and automate processes to improve efficiencies and accuracy of the software build, integration, release, and deployment processes
- Manage source code and Consult with appropriate teams on matters concerning build and release processes
- Handle multiple release streams within the source code management tool
- Ensure Admin tickets are closed within the timeframes stipulated by the SLA with the vendor
Minimum qualifications
- Honours/Bachelor s degree in software engineering, data analytics or any other engineering field is mandatory
- Strong SQL skills with SQL experience
- Experience with database management (i.e. SFDC, SPM software, etc.)
- Desired programming skills in writing HTML, Java language
- Excellent software and computer skills
- Good understanding of software governance process
- Excellent excel skills in modelling and data analysis
- Experience in Oracle, SAP and other systems a plus
- Experience with commercial software or sales incentive compensation software
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work with multiple partners, and be influential and amenable
- Proven problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Prior software industry experience a plus
