Job Description
Lead Consultant, Data Steward
- Data stewards will be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities on Service now request on Master data initiated by Sales Reps/business users from primarily Veeva CRM system.
- Support on Customer Master Tickets including Profile merge and unmerge, state license, name, account status, Specialty, Credential update, on-boarding new Org, prescriber withdrawn, Geozip Override.
- Support on Alignment Ticket - updating shipment eligibility, answering Alignment related questions.
- Act as a liaison between tech and business and ensure effective and efficiency in process, build strong use cases, overcome business challenges and communicate the progress to Client stakeholders.
- Prioritize business needs, bring synergy between onshore and offshore.
- Orchestrate data governance meetings with Client IT/Business team.
Qualifications/ Minimum qualifications:
- B. Tech or Equivalent Degree
- Having minimum 3 to 5 years of Data stewardship activity with Pharma domain knowledge.
- Should have experience in playing the role of Data Steward Lead Consultant and supporting MDM implementation and integration with CRM system for a full SDLC Life Cycle.
- Experience in working and delivering end to end Data Steward development projects and integrating sources in both batch and real time/near real time mode
- Collaborate with business users, analysts and data engineers to translate in-depth analyses with MDM and VEEVA business process
- Should be able to contribute to the Competency building within the Organization.
- Should have good experience in providing Point of View [POV] for Business Problems and Requirements.
- Should be aware and experience in building Proof of Concept [POC] to demonstrate Business Solutions using Data Steward stack in market.
- Self-learner and Solution Builder with motivation to learn and pick up new technologies.
- Candidate with good understanding of Pharma Commercial Model and have good work experience in this area will be an added advantage
- Experience in life sciences/healthcare and familiar with IQVIA, MedPro data primarily in the areas on Physician Targeting, Segment profiling analytics, Source of business etc. is a great PLUS.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) in addition to strong project management skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under challenging timelines
- Flexible timing and working experience with offshore-onshore model
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in any Data Governance platform like Informatica Data Governance/Axon, Informatica Enterprise Data catalog (EDC) tool or any custom MDM custom build user interface for data stewardship activity.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
