Job Description
Assistant Manager, Human Resource
As a part of the HR Team of Genpact Europe, you ll be driving the HR processes for our entity in Netherlands. And that s why we are looking for a self-starter who is upbeat, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.
Responsibilities
Create and implement people development plans and strategies that prepare the workforce and management for future business challenges;
Actively participate in the long term business planning process to align the human resources strategy in accordance to the business plans;
Assess competitiveness of human resources process with local labor market practices;
Co-ordinate work with the recruitment team to achieve the employment of the best quality labor and leadership;
Handle the employee relationships in order to maintain a motivated workforce;
Handling the entire onboarding process
Coordinating the payroll process from data collection to relationship with payroll provider;
Handling all employee relations (certificates, HR admin queries, etc.)
Handling relationship with HR vendors;
Driving improvement projects in HR area;
Needs to be independent and ambitious and comfortable working independently
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Previous relevant HR experience
Preferred qualifications
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
Proven proficiency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured business settings
Judgement, personal efficiency, autonomy
