Roles and Responsibilities

ORGANISATION:

Muthoot Finance Ltd., the Flagship Company of The Muthoot Group, having 20 Business Divisions and a network of 5330+ branches spread across the country, is inviting applications for the following positions

ROLE
Head the Inbound & Outbound call center for the Financial Products
Lead a team of about 200 Executive Call center Team in ensuring top class service delivery to all Customers
Clarify questions from Customers On financial Doubts & Benefits & Generate leads through outbound campaign etc
Resolve complaints, if any, as per the SLA
Continuously improve on the quality of service, measure performance, report to the senior management on a daily basis.
CANDIDATE
8-12 years of call center, currently handling the role of Manager
Domestic call center of Outbound experience preferred
Should be able to handle the call center responsibilities independently
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Graduate
SALARY : 8- 12 LPA
LOCATION: Bangalore
