Hiring for Corporate Sales Assistant Manager - Sales Team leader for Muthoot finance 

Qualification:- Minimum Graduation Required

Location:-Bangalore (Yeswantpura, Jayanagar, Lingarajpuram), Hyderabad, Cyberabad,

CTC Offer :-  Up to 30k pm + Quarterly Incentives + Travel allowance 

Roles and Responsibilities.

Handling  the team of 10 Sales Staffs and Generating Revenue  leads and Planning the  activity around the branches 

Customer Acquisition

Field sales and Corporate Sales

BTL Activities to Generate Leads

Planning Activities for each Branch

Execution of Activities

Take over Plans to be executed

Attrition management 

Performance Management

Desired Candidate Profile 

Minimum 2 years of Experience into Sales and Marketing at Banking or NBFC industry only ..

Preferably Banking sales & Marketing Experience

Team Handling Experience

Target Oriented
