Desired Candidate Profile

- Must be technical and have good analytical & logical skills.

- Should be aware about latest technologies and trends in the IT industry

- Must be a very fast learner. It will be expected to learn an Enterprise system which uses accounting principles etc.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Manual testing concepts:

- Types of testing

- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC

- Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology

- Defect life cycle

- Basics of defect reporting (concepts of Severity and Priority )

- Knowledge of any defect tracking tool

- Able to write test cases

- Basic knowledge of SQL (Basic select statements, Joins, ordering and grouping of data) (Preferred database: MS SQL-server)

Other Soft skills:

- Team Player

- Excellent Oral and Written communication

- Strong analytical and logical skills

- Pleasant personality and attitude
