Salary: 5 Lacs- 10 lacs per year. Fixed : Variable ::50:50

Experience - 2 to 3 year Artistic background is an added plus

Job Description:

• The Company has very aggressive growth plans and is growing at 100% Growth rate in terms of Revenue. To accelerate this further and expand the market share, we are looking for a Sales && Business Development Manager. Below are the KRAs of this position:
• Should be self-motivated && self-driven with an entrepreneurial attitude to grow the business
• To achieve sales target through direct retail sales, selling training modules Pan India && through channel partners by forming partnerships with salons, cosmetologists, dermatologists && Tattoo Parlors.
• To develop franchise business in selected cities of India.
• Should either have experience of handling a team or should be willing to manage a team as the business grows.
• Must be a graduate with good command on English Language. Should sound very very polite.
• Must be living within 20 mins radius of Bandra
• Should be very ambitious & hardworking
• Artistic background is an added plus
• Should not have young kids
