Job Description
JOB ROLE:
- Responsible for achieving maximum sales target assigned thus ensuring profitability of Initial Public Offering (IPO) & Mutual Fund business at SMC.
- Responsible for conducting job responsibilities related to payments of Initial Public Offering & fixed deposits, fixed deposit reconciliation, liaison with Registrars, Banks & Lead Managers and solving queries.
- To engage in various marketing activities such as various FOS (feet on street) activities, stalls in malls, corporate, commercial areas, fete; to enhance sales.
- To ensure maximum productivity per sales employee (max. productivity yield) by ensuring proper planning and mentoring in terms of sales target per employee ensuring maximum profit.
- Responsible for ensuring timely payments related to Initial Public Offering (IPO), Fixed Deposit (FD), and Public funds & GB. Responsible to control whole Initial Public Offering, Fixed Deposit, Public funds & GB receiving (Upfront, Marketing incentive, Kitty).
- Giving guidance to subordinates for making of billing Initial Public Offering, Fixed Deposit, PB Fixed Deposit Reconciliation and queries solving.
