Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365
In this role, you will be responsible for solution implementation from requirement analysis to implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into Client needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Collaborates with organization partners to gain full grasp of business processes, identify and detail opportunities of improvement and ensures assembled business requirements are aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage User Acceptance Tests, Client Training and large scale adoption programs of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Provide techno-functional support to customers and triage support cases.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and meaningful experience in mapping customer s business processes with Microsoft Dynamics features
- Prior experience working on multiple large scale Microsoft Dynamics implementations covering Data Migration, Customizations, Reporting and Functional Testing.
- Demonstrable ability to facilitate Client way you make decisions for modifications/customizations of application and/or process.
- Good knowledge of Agile practices, Microsoft Technology ecosystem and ALM processes LCS, VSTS/Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Office 365 etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Proven interpersonal skills with both internal team members and external business partners
- Excellent domain and technology understanding of:
- Financial management and reporting
- Distribution and warehousing
- Procurement and sourcing
- Manufacturing
- Retail and commerce
- Project management and accounting
- Expense Management
- Human Capital Management (HR)
