Responsibilities and Duties
KEY HIGHLIGHTS: Familiar with International codes & standards like ASME B31.3, ASTM, API. Technical Software : CADWorx, AutoCAD, Navis Works, Microsoft Office packages. Static stress analysis of Piping system using CAESAR II. Considerable knowledge in various company standards like Saudi Aramco, ADMA-OPCO. Manual calculations - Pipe sizing & wall thickness, NPSH. 3D Modelling, GAs, Fabrication Drawings. Prepare datasheets/ RFQ for Pipes & fittings, Gate Valve, Ball Valve, NRV and finalize the vendor offers. Vendor drawing/document review and technical evaluationRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Job Responsibilites:
Study of P&ID.
Loading of Piping Material Specification in CADWorx.
3D Piping Modelling using CADWorx as per the P&ID.
Leading a team and planning the activities.
Review the 3d model.
Review of PMS, Specification of pipe line documents.
Ensure pipe routings are done as per Client standards.
Reviewing the Piping and Equipment GAD.
Checking of Piping isometric drawings.
Review of Tank and Base frame Fabrication drawings.
Releasing Tank IFC drawing with respect to the approved design calculation.
