Job Description

Brief Description: Reports to Sr. Design Engineer E&I and is responsible to Assist in Electrical & Instrumentation Designing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare drawings for Electrical &Instrumentation viz., power wiring, cable routing, cable tray routing, cable schedule, lighting layouts etc. To prepare Fire Protection system design To Prepare Load list and demand calculation, equipment sizing, power system studies, power distribution scheme, single line diagram, protection & metering schemes To prepare Sag tension calculation, Short circuit force calculation, Earthing Calculation & layouts To Review and approval of External Provider / Outsourcing Activity /Contractor drawings To Inspect electrical equipment at Project Site / Vendor Manufacturing Site. To Review control & relay panel drawings. To prepare Control & power cable schedule & its bill of quantity To prepare Earthing & Lightning Protection design Calculations, Layout & its bill of quantity. To prepare erection key diagram & its bill of quantity To Coordination with External Provider / Outsourcing Activity /Contractor & site engineers for installation Understand the electrical system as per client requirement & capability to design the same as per requirement. Knowledge on Risks & Opportunity Evaluation in line with ISO 9001:2015; Evaluation of Aspects and Impacts and Assessment of Risks & Opportunities in line with ISO 14001:2015 & Hazard Identification and Assessment of Risk & Opportunities in line with ISO 45001:2018. Knowledge and Skills: Awareness of IS & standard codes for electrical system. Knowledge on Statutory & Regulatory requirements on ISO 9001:2015; ISO 1400
