Job Description

What kind of person we are looking for:

Graduated from a top college in Delhi (preferably B.Com or Quantitative focus such as Econ/Stats/Math)
Loves problem solving and thrives on intellectual challenges
Analytic Insight and Logic/Reasoning Skills ability to form conclusion from data and draw from experiences beyond their specific industry knowledge
Strong communication skills written and oral; ability to formulate presentations and deliver as needed
Responsibilities and Duties

Analyze potential acquisition targets to help our client in the due diligence process. Our analysts often find the areas where further diligence is required to ensure that the target has provided correct financials and is an attractive acquisition
Communicate and discuss results of analysis with senior client executives. Our analysts communicate directly with very senior client executives. They are required to voice their ideas and opinions on transactions.
Skills and Knowledge Required

Strong interest in business and financial markets
Knowledge of Accounting and MS Excel desired but not critical
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
