Clarity PPM Developer - Manager @ State Street

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Technical & Functional knowledge of the Clarity PPM tool.
Jaspersoft report design.
Clarity PPM Workflow design and implementation.
Design, plan and conduct Clarity PPM training sessions.
Ability to translate business requirements into functionality in Clarity PPM.
Facilitate leadership and technology forums with end end ownership and accountability
Strong experiences with CA PPM Studio: custom object/attribute creation, view/link configuration
Experiences with CA PPM Portlet development and configuration
Advanced GEL Scripting
SQL development (Stored procedures, triggers, function, tuning, etc)
Experiences with CA PPMs XML Open Gateway (XOG)
Good understanding of the CA PPM security model
Experience with MSP CA PPM integration is a plus
Performance tuning of the CA PPM system at the Application and DB level
Role is to Work as a member of the CA PPM development team in India
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements, industry best practices and standards and that the requirements are clearly understood
You will participate in requirements review sessions with business analysts and team members and outline the proposed IT solution
Document technical priorities and requirements, test plans
You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
Skills
Highperforming, strategicthinking professional in Clarity PPM implementation.
Working knowledge of other languages including: (SQL, PL-SQL)
Agile development tools is a plus
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer-focused interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple priorities
Experience working in a distributed team environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications.
Minimumof10 years of experience in Clarity PPM
Experience working in a financial services, and/or technology company (Desired)
Bachelors degree in technology or any other STEM field
Masters in Business Administration (Desired)
Strong analytical background, with a keen inclination to solve problems. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience in reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work
