Support Engineer In your role as a RPA PROD Support Lead, will work with other Robotic Process Automation team members throughthe phases of use-case data exploration and prototyping to the design, implementation, deployment and support of the use-case.
Responsibilities:
Experience in working with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UI Path
Good knowledge on Banking domain
Own 24*6 support for production support activities in both Blue Prism 5 and Blue Prism 6 environments
Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, data visualization and analysis
Helping team with his technical expertise for the issues and difficulties they face during support
Understand work expectations & prioritizes critical activities, anticipate operational issues and prepare accordingly
Timely Response to customer requests and queries by providing information with all relevant data points and clarity
Ensure 100% knowledge on all supporting use cases
Develop New SOPs and KEDBs
Conducting Knowledge sessions for team for the use cases
Identifying activities for automation and implementation
Providing innovative solutions through technical expertise for the code bugs/fixes in use cases
Identification of scenarios for possible major incidents
Knowledge on release management, performing Code deployments for the all environments: PROD, UAT, DEV in both BP5 and BP6 environments
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related degree.
Developer certification in Blue Prism or UiPath will be an added advantage
Good English language skills, ability to manage Europe/China/India/USA businesses
