We are Hiring for the jobs for the position of Airport Management, Ground Staff & Ground Handling
Airport Ground Staff must possess a calm and friendly personality, ability to handle people and their belonging to pressure conditions. Checking passengers for flights they are checking all the passenger and give them boarding pass and big luggage tag.
The passengers whose flights have been canceled or are delayed, re-book them or make a booking again.
Helping those traveling with disabled passengers or small children.
Give the passengers the latest information about the flights.
Helping passengers in all inquiries, including lost or delayed goods or any requirement.
When the situation arises, assist the staff in the security check and solve their problems in a short time.
Providing high-level customer service for those traveling by passengers and the airport
Supervise managers and staff.
Plan budgets.
Adapt to outside factors, such as weather.
Work with community leaders.
Maintain accurate records.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of airport equipment.
You need to be:
customer-focused
confident
pleasant and helpful
tolerant and patient
flexible to stay calm under pressure
tactful and diplomatic with nervous or difficult customers
willing to work shifts.
You need to have:
good communication skills
good computer skills
team working skills
a smart appearance.
Training
You could be:
greeting passengers and checking their tickets and passports against the passenger list using computerized systems
asking security questions, allocating seats and giving out boarding cards and luggage labels
weighing luggage and charging the passenger extra if the luggage is overweight
directing passengers through security and departures
giving flight information and directing passengers to departure gates
dealing with issues from delayed, cancelled or missed flights
checking boarding passes at the departure gate
escorting people who require assistance and unaccompanied children
making announcements on the public address system.
