Job Description

SA, Tech Support

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings
  • Proactive screening of Data quality monitoring tool.
  • Managing monthly CoreTech Patching on RMD Infrastructure for Linux and Windows Servers
  • Maintenance on the health status of Symantec on OSMs connected to the SEPM
  • Manual Updating the AV definition on OSM not connected to SEPM
  • Joining OSMs to WSUS for Update services
  • Periodic Patching and deployment of Updates on OSM received from WSUS
  • installation of Control system software ToolboxST, Micronet, IGS,Cimpilicity etc.
  • RMD. Connect Administration User management SSL ,PEM Certificate Renewal
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Preferred qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in Tech Support.
  • Experience on WINDOWS/LINUX/Red Hat is preferred.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency
