Job Description
Principal Consultant- DotNet
In this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design of web and desktop applications based on .NET technology. We will work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities- Developing applications from detailed design specifications
- Maintain non prod environment stability and help with deployment and release support activities.
- Working with other developers so that we can archive the target.
- We wish to perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT as and when required. Also, engage with Client in requirement gathering, Status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.
- Production support and development on projects and service requests
- Understand business requirements raised through user service requests - design and implement solutions accordingly to a high quality standard
- Perform impact analysis of changes planned and prepare detail regression test suite to validate
- Ensure quality standards in releases
- Support production incidents and bring up to client or third party as vital
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skill
- Microsoft .Net development - Proven knowledge and experience in .Net Framework 4.0/4.5, SQL, XML, WCF, SSIS
- Microsoft SQL developer - Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2016
- SSIS packages and SSRS packages
- Has experience in providing technology related solutions
- Control-M Scheduler exposure
- Knowledge of HTMl 5, CSS, JavaScript technologies.
- JIRA & ServiceNow
- SDLC and Agile exposure
- Capital Markets domain desirable
- Ability to work directly with business clients, project managers and technical lead to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Superb communication skills both verbal and written
