Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Business Analyst + Scrum Master
In this role candidate will be responsible for business Analysis, Business Requirement Documents, Project Management & Handling Multiple Projects, Problem Solving Abilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Quick Learner.
Responsibilities
- To build business requirements, specifications and other documents in support of projects. (BRD & FRD).
- Liaison between the business and IT (Dev team) to provide functional and technical solutions that meet user needs
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to operate across multiple projects
- Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tec
Preferred qualifications
- Experienced in Capital markets
- Experience with Cloud Microservices
- Experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Experience with Writing User Stories, Jiras, Maintaining Product Backlog & Sprint Planning
- Very good data analysis and problem solving skills, logical and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Finance domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
- Comfortable with a fast-moving environment and Quick learner with excellent business communication skills.
- Data analysis and problem solving skills, logical and analytical skills
- Solid grasp of Capital Markets Finance domain.
- An ideal candidate will demonstrate excitement for technology and business. Resource need to handle competing demands on time and perform as an analyst and scrum master for the project. A lot interaction with business users and global development teams in different time-zones is involved.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint and Visio and similar Business Analysis tools to develop use case diagrams.
- Writing SQL queries using to analyze the data and extract data
- Knowledge in Data Modelling and basic database concepts.
- Comfortable with a fast paced environment and Quick learner with excellent business interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Finance technologies, Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Experience with Writing User Stories, Jiras, Maintaining Product Backlog & Sprint Planning
