Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Full Stack Developer In this role, you are expected tointeract with multiple stakeholders to consolidate promotion plan as is. It involves interacting with brand and shopper marketing stakeholders and receive inputs from them to make changes to promotions to achieve respective targets. You will ensure clean data is received from all stakeholders or conduct data cleansing at your end, as it is further forwarded to finance stakeholders. You will find opportunities to transform the role from your side using analytics.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for understanding a customers brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
- Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers business problem/goals.
- Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
- Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
- Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.
- Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
- Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically
- Improve the prototypes in a short time
- BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
- Effective communication in writing and verbally to senior management.
- Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
- Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
- Ability to balance customer governance meetings
- Required Technology Skill set:
- Databases: Any RDBMS Database
- Frameworks: SpringBoot
- Web-Technologies: HTML, XML, XHTML, XSL, JSP, Java Script, AJAX, Servlets
- and Java Beans, Web Services, Angular9
- Web Services related: Apache SOAP
- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
- Good people and customer handling skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
