Post - Customer Care Executive

Minimum Exp - 2-3 yrs in Customer Care profile
Salary - As per the exp & skills (18K to 20K)
Job Location - Lower Parel (Mumbai)
Only Immediate joiner Required
Please be noted this will be work from Office.

- Good command over verbal as well as written communication in the English language

Job Role
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services,
take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
