Our client is one of the top Market Research company having Worldwide existence
Designation: Legal Consultant
Coordinate & liaise with various government departments, external consultants;
Liaison with Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (I&B, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI);
Compliance with TRAI Regulations and MIB Guidelines, and any other applicable laws;
Litigation - Handling matters before Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT); keeping all concerned updated re. matters before the TDSAT;
Handling legal matters of the Company before any other judicial authorities including District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals etc. , in Delhi and in the Northern Region.
Briefing legal counsel, and co-ordinating with internal clients;
Liaise with relevant government officials to get or render - any required information and assist, if so necessary, in the processing of any company applications or resolution of any pending issues; to attend any meetings called by the I&B Ministry, or any other ministry or authority;
To give inputs on behalf of company after discussing with business on consultation papers floated by the government and/or the TRAI.
To keep track & interpret statutory changes from time to time, to safeguard company interests, and to advise future strategies depending upon regulatory changes.
Drafting, Vetting and reviewing agreements to be executed with various Broadcasters and Cable Operators;
Note : Kannada Writing and Reading is must
