Job Description

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 AreasActionable (4-6)Portfolio Quality:NPA & Delinquency Control - Monitor delinquency at early stage and ensure least flow into NPA. Monitoring on recovery & pendency in existing NPA, likely NPA for next one year, discuss with sales team and have necessary action plan.Rotation: Monitoring on churning in customers account to so that rotation norms are fulfilled by customers as part of sanction terms. Focused monitoring is done in harvest season for bringing maximum cash flows in the season and non-starter accounts.Housekeeping MonitoringWork on Housekeeping items like PDD, LAD, CAM, Negative Mutation, etc. VisitsBranch Visits: Carry out sample visits to branches / RMs so that portfolio control procedures adopted by sales team are intact and team is well trained to handle portfolio quality benchmarks.Customer Visits: Visit to sample delinquent customers for repayment of dues. Visit to sample regular customers to understand his overall experience in dealing with the bank staffs & procedures, have knowledge of ground level issues / areas of improvement. Surprise compliance visit to customers based on customer complaint / feedback received. Training to sales teamImpart training to RMs / CHs on- Critical aspects on delinquency and housekeeping control, Systems & process knowledge, Best practices adopted in other locations,New products & processesPortfolio Analysis and MIS Periodic analysis of the portfolio is done in order to bring out the critical aspects and put across to sales team for their action and monitoring. Review progress in recovery on various parameters and publish MIS to sales team for review, setting up plan of action and track the progress on daily basis.APMS as a tool for portfolio monitoringTo work on optimal utilization of Agri Portfolio Management System (APMS) for recording customer visits, visit feedback monitoring, tracking of pending delinquency & housekeeping items.SkillsSales and Influencing SkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgeRegulatory KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
