Job Description
Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- According to the department's annual work plan, perform its decomposed work plan.
- Prepare teaching courseware and training materials for maintenance of electrical equipment, and cooperate with related departments to make & implement electrical equipment maintenance training plan.
- Organize units which use the electrical equipment to carry out daily and first-grade maintenance, regularly examine the maintenance situation of electrical equipment, report examination results and urge rectification on existing problems
- Carry out second-grade maintenance of electrical equipment, supervise and instruct the compliance of electrical equipment operation.
- Supervise the use units of each electrical equipment to handle the procedures of the unused equipment and the use of agent in accordance with the relevant process.
- Instruct units which use the electrical equipments to regularly analyse the operation situation of key equipments, carry out regular safety examination on electrical equipments and rectify the appeared danger sources.
- Improve and innovate the flaws currently existing on electrical equipments, evaluate and confirm technical conditions of major electrical equipments of the company.
- Participate in the selection, bidding and acceptance of new electrical equipment, and participate in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Participate in the electrical equipment accident analysis meetings and provide solutions.
- Manage the companys standing book of electrical equipments, establish the maintenance files of the companys electrical equipments and update them timely.
- Be responsible for management of the companys relevant electrical equipments authenticated in various systems, help testing department in completing the maintenance work of the relevant parts of the trial equipments.
- Handle affairs about plant maintenance with the help of EHS & Admin Dept
- Organize processing department and units which use the electrical equipments to carry out regular examination on key electrical equipments.
