Job Description

We are looking for Online Pharmacist with 1 to 5 years of experience in read and decode Doctor's Prescription.

Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy

Job location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality.
Prescription digitization in OMS screen
Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
Handle inbound and outbound calls

Desired Skills

Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
Good communication skills
