Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.

Required Candidate profile

Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer
Experience in sales is a plus
Ability to manage the full training cycle, in-person activities & web-based learning
Solid communication & analytical skills.
