Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Able to understand and convert business requirement into High level Siebel design
- Interaction with different business and IT stakeholders to design the solution that fulfils business requirement and seamlessly integrate in existing Siebel system
-Ensure development standards and best practices are met
- Review Technical feasibility of the requirements
-Provide Bug Free solutions
- Develop & deliver within the decided timelines
Responsible for development of business requirement using Siebel tools, Siebel client and web tools

- Using Siebel technical knowledge to implement the solution

-Coordinating UAT, RT and PT of Siebel Releases

- Responsible for Siebel migration between different Siebel environments using SRF, Repository, Workspace

-Ensure resolution of tickets

-Perform Root Cause Analysis of the recurring problems and provide solution

- Support application Roll Out

- Support and perform Operational activities

Provide L2/L3 technical support to Siebel end users for production issues / bugs

Exploring & implementing new features of Siebel
- Feasibility Study

-Proof of Concept with respect to business requirements
