Urgent Opening for QA for premium Voice Program (Work From Home)

1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role for premium Voice Program.

2. Graduate (from any educational field).

3. Good Aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving.

4. QA needs to undergo screening for Language Proficiency (Expert level High proficiency for Spoken English & Hindi), Psychometric, typing test, 4C assessment @75% (as defined by Flipkart) & Versant/VETI 5 to be calibrated with the Flipkart team.

5. Good knowledge on MS-Office, especially on MS-Excel

6. Have knowledge on Call Calibration, ATA (Audit the Auditor) process.

7. Have knowledge on BQM (Bottom quartile management)
