Roles and Responsibilities
1. MUST Familiar with RERA & GST compliances
2. Generates profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market in order to exceed set targets.
3. Drive and maximize service revenue through up-selling of variable services to new and existing customers.
4. Conduct tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
5. Prospecting to generate leads through local companies, partnerships and brokers.
6. Effectively manages leads and continuously updates CRM throughout the sales process to close of deal.
7. Keeps abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.
8. Overseeing complete business operations in the assigned region with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets, & executing them in a given time.
9. Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving quality norms.
10. Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
11. Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments, thereby expanding business & generating income.
12. Evaluating marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses
Operations/Financial Management:
1. Accountability for Center profitability, Centre performance and the Centers success through P&L management.
2. Drives revenue by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue.
3. Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
4. Maximize occupancy and profitability of the center by proactively managing customers expansion requirements.
5. Regularly participate in the monthly center business review process, account for profit and loss and drive agreed actions to enhance center performance.
6. Regularly review center costs and reduce outgoings where reductions can be identified.
Product Management/ Branding
7. Conducting and organizing marketing/ sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers.
8. Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements, ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
9. Handling product development/ launches to widen the product portfolio and generate additional sales.
Customer Service:
10. With a focus on meeting Customer satisfaction and retention metrics, maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
11. Ensures the center team is delivering exceptional customer service and customers needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
12. Provide direction to center team to ensure there is a clear focus on delivering a 90+% customer satisfaction rating.
13. Ensures front of house, housekeeping, health & safety, visual and brand company standards are delivered and maintained representative of a 5-star business.
Leadership:
14. Responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a center team.
15. Set clear performance expectations for each team member and hold them accountable for results.
16. Conducts meetings in order to brief the team on daily workflow, prioritizing and delegating to the center team in order to meet deadlines and customer needs.
17. Clear communication of center performance and team objectives on a regular basis through monthly team meetings.
18. One to one meetings with center team members, setting individual targets and timelines for completion.
19. Be a role model for the company culture.
20. Establish training, and sales incentive programs.
21. Handling Independent sales team of every project
22. Capable of driving sales team individually.
23. Capable of achieving sales target..
24. Drive the development of national, and, if appropriate, international sales strategies.
25. Work closely with Management to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
26. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the companys customer base.
27. Work closely with Management to develop and execute lead programs.
28. Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management.
29. Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners.
