Job Description

Ideal candidate:

Young energetic person who want to establish in start up. Ready to put skin in game, go getter, who believe in Can do attitude and has fire in belly for growth.

Key Roles & Responsibility

• Provide professional leadership to start up
• Convert start up into successful venture
• Drive users and revenue growth
• Ground work for fund acquisition
• Manage the day to day operation and Finance
• Guide and mentor lean start up team
• Orchestrating between Founder/Promoters, investor, Tech team,
• Prepare and drive business and growth plan

 Day to day operation -

• Actively participate in App development
• Continuous improvement in all aspect of start up
• Prepare and execute marketing and sales plan
• Prepare cost benefit analysis for investments

Education: IT graduate preferred but other graduation is not constraint for right candidate and MBA is must.

Preferred strengths: self-starter, Patient with Positive attitude, Self-motivated, passionate and willing to take up challenges

Work Experience Minimum 5-10 Years Managerial experience

Remuneration: Will not be constraint for right candidate plus opportunity for equity entitlement on performance review.

Note: Residence location preferred within Mumbai
