Role
Responsible for Control Report & Analytics of Customer Experience Team
Key Responsibilities
To manage and publish daily Control reports.
To drive the report automations in CRM Next.
Support team in increasing efficiency through data analytics .
Highlighting deviations, to ensure immediate action on the complaints/Query.
Ensure all regulatory reports are published in coordination with MIS Team
Desired Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Knowledge of Excel is Mandatory
Minimum 1-2 Yrs. of experience in MIS preparation & Reporting required
Knowledge and Skills required
Good communication skills both written & verbal.
Self-starter and team player (a person should have keenness to learn)
Good interpersonal skills
Hands on working experience in MS-Office tools (Excel, PPT Etc.)
