Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Java) Responsibilities: Understand Requirements for assigned tasks Design and Develop assigned functions Independent delivery of all assigned tasks Delivery of assigned tasks in time Perform unit tests for the tasks Report status , intimate any risks identified with the task delivery to team lead 3+ years of experience in developing web applications Good experience in working on E - Commerce projects Mandatory Skills: Java 6 / 7 / 8 Servlets and JSP MVC (Struts 1.x , 2.x , Spring , Spring Boot) Optional Skills: ORM - JPA / Hibernate BI - Pentaho , CDF , Jasper Linux (Debian) , Apache httpd , Tomcat , Eclipse , SVN , GIT OFBiz , FTL , Groovy , MySql , Mongodb
Should be able to do estimations for tasks assigned Ability to set and meet high professional standards Strong Analytical and problem - solving techniques. Ability to multi - task and work under pressure. Confidence to liaise with business users and senior business and technology managers Able to prioritize Contribute to process improvement initiatives Should help / guide a junior resource Strong personal ownership Flexible and responsive work style,
