Job Opportunity for Senior Design Engineer (For Client) - Permanent Role

Job Location: Coimbatore

Client Industry: Manufacturing

Qualification: BE (Mechanical) or Equivalent

Experience: 3 - 7 Yrs

Skill Sets:

1. Design and Development of Capital machines (Preferred: CNC Thermal cutting machine or Machine tool industry)

2. Working knowledge in CAD tools (Preferred: SolidWorks)

3. Working knowledge in PDM/PLM Tools (Preferred: SolidWorks PDM)

4. Basic working knowledge in FEA tools (Preferred: SolidWorks)

5. Knowledge in Concept design and Engineering calculations.

6. Knowledge to create / understand Engineering drawings and documents.

7. Capability to collaborate designs with Engg. groups/CFTs etc

8. Knowledge in Project Management tools (Optional)

9. Basic knowledge in Industrial Design (Optional)

Job Responsibility:

1. Work under the guidance of Global R&D and co-work with Global Engineering teams to Design and Develop Global Products/Tools/Devices.

2. Maintain design release for Prototype, Production and Sales.

3. Execute and maintain Engineering changes in released Products.

4. Initiate/Facilitate/Participate review with Global engineering teams.

5. Co-ordinate validation of New Product and release with Global R&D.

6. Build/Maintain credible relationship with all stakeholders

7. Maintain systems and Procedures.
