Roles and Responsibilities:
- Connect and engage with generated leads via outbound calls
- Initiate follow up calls for candidates in pipeline
- Develop in-depth knowledge of trainings courses we provide by understanding the need of the candidates
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong convincing skills
- Someone with pleasing and friendly personality
- Candidate handling skills
- Ability to handle rejection
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in sales/outbound calling/business development/voice process will be preferred
- Someone experienced into admissions/ student counselling ,selling educational courses or training
- Effective problem solving skills
