Job Opportunity:

We have opening for Relationship Manager.

Designation: Relationship Manager /Sr. Relationship Manager

Department- Direct Channel

Location: Jaipur, Alwar,Ajmer, Kota, Jodhpur, Surat, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur

CTC- 2.00 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Variable Pay- Incentive

Job Description:

Increase top of the funnel by driving periodic BTL activities to generate the prospect base through natural market, RD support & corporate worksites
To contact the qualified prospects on an ongoing basis to maximize face-to-face meetings with the prospects
Adopt a need based selling approach (basis the financial Needs Analysis), catering to the customer's profile and his/her need
Generate referrals from prospects/ customers and build own pipeline and increase the size of the funnel
Fix appointments and visit potential customers for new business. Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
Leads as and when given are to be attended and reverted within the TAT.
Handling existing customer portfolio if given and lead generating through it. Also, candidate should generate business via converting individual leads generated by him.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be Graduate
Age should be between 23 and 35
Ready to do field Sales.
